Jessica Bailey AIA
Jessica Bailey is an architect here at DIG. She is a Bachelor of Architecture graduate of Philadelphia University, now Thomas Jefferson University, with a minor in sustainability.
Jessica assists with “a bit of everything” on projects from creating construction documents with her team to various tasks during the construction administration phase. She loves seeing the transformation of projects from the start of an idea on paper drawings to a physical completed building.
Some of her hobbies include photography, cooking, car cruising, and home improvement projects with her husband. A few “out of office” events she enjoys with her family are attending classic car shows. Jessica and her family try to go to at least two classic car shows a year: one local and one down at the Jersey Shore.
Matthew’s mind is always racing with ideas that eventually find their way into both professional and personal work. As a recent graduate from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Matt offers experience with the latest design programs and technologies. Utilizing these digital tools, he assists our design team with many projects from conception to execution. Mindful of every detail, his work is complete and meticulously thought out. The experience Matt is gaining at DIG contributes to his efforts towards becoming a licensed architect.
Matt can easily be defined as a maker not because he’s part of our production team but because he is passionate about building things. When Matt leaves the office, his mind doesn’t leave the world of design. As the ideas flow, Matt can’t resist the urge to design and build. Whether he is building furniture, fiddling with a 3d printer or working on his Subaru, the creative juices don’t stop flowing.
Tim is an Intern Architect at DIGroup. He completed his degree in Architectural Studies at Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Working as an architectural intern during seasonal breaks from college, he has gained a lot of experience assisting with a variety of projects ranging from healthcare to education.
In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music, playing the guitar, spending time with friends and family, playing Ultimate Frisbee, watching The Office on repeat, and scouring the internet for cars and guitars that are well out of his price range.
Mike is the CAD Technician, a.k.a. “CAD Guy” at DIG where he produces drawings for various education and healthcare projects utilizing the latest versions of AutoCAD and Revit. He is a member of the DIG Revit Committee and assists in continuously improving Revit productivity and functionality. Mike helps ensure that office CAD standards are instilled and upheld by the production team.
Outside of the office Mike enjoys vacationing with his family, watching a good action adventure movie, listening to music and kayaking. Favorite sports are hockey, football and baseball.

Her professional strengths in accounts receivable, process improvement and account analysis are well suited for the complex nature of architectural project billing.

Some of Emily’s favorite things to do include riding bikes with her older daughter Layla, reading with her younger daughter Evelyn, going out to dinner with her husband and friends, and drinking a cup of coffee in peace and quiet.
