WSB wanted to relocate and expand their offices after acquiring another company. The project encompassed 33,000 square feet over 3 floors in a mixed use building in the City’s downtown. The overall color palette tied the architecture and selected furniture together, which reinforced the continuity between all three floors.
The design included the development of a reception suite which contained a waiting area, main board room, two conference rooms and a food service pantry for visiting clients. In addition, there were both closed office and open plan workstations developed over the three floors with support and satellite conference space, as well as a small kitchen and dining area.
