Montclair State University Student Center Site Master Plan

Encompassing a study area of approximately six acres in the heart of the campus, the Master Plan goals were to enhance student access to the center, eliminate pedestrian/vehicular conflicts, and provide additional passive and active event venues. Careful attention to drainage, material selection, maintenance and handicap accessibility are key parts of addressing this area of the campus. DIGroupArchitecture and SWA/Balsley presented an overall assessment of the existing campus noting pedestrian and vehicular paths and conflicts, strategies for zones of activities, and options for development within the study area.
