This expansion adds open collaboration areas, offices, conference spaces, a clinical trials infusion suite and additional laboratories to an existing 8,500 square foot space. The new entrance defines BioInc within the multipurpose building with custom millwork and bold color on a soffit and columns that frame out the reception area. The open areas needed to accommodate different functions in order to maximize the space. Standing height tables with media integration, tablet chairs on casters, sound proof phone booth furniture and a combination of private and semi-private spaces met this need. Geometric pattern and vibrant color was the theme throughout this project, highlighting a bright and productive atmosphere.
