DIG’s Three Co-Founders Named to both NJBIZ 2023 Leaders in Real Estate and ROI-NJ’s Influencers in Construction and Design

DIGroup Architecture’s three co-founders Vincent Myers, President; Jeffrey Venezia, CEO; and Rich Alderiso, COO, have been named among the Leaders in Real Estate, Construction and Design for 2023 by NJBIZ, one of New Jersey’s leading business journals.

Thanks to a shared vision among Myers, Venezia and Alderiso, DIG has emerged as a unique architecture, interiors and environmental graphic-design firm founded on the premise of collaboration, consensus building and creating equity for all through physical space.

“Much work has yet to be done to advance how the built environment influences underserved communities as well as to raise awareness among young women and people of color regarding the rewards of architecture, construction, engineering (ACE) and STEM careers,” said Myers. “We continue to engage in advocacy and mentorship that puts us in front of middle-/high-school and college students to alter their perception of what an architect, interior designer or graphic designer ‘looks like.’ We can only create purposeful spaces and facilities for positive change by paving the way for the inclusionary future of our industry.”

Subscribing to its “Architecture for Change” axiom, the Myers-Venezia-Alderiso leadership trio – along with DIG’s talented team of studio directors and professionals – delivers award-winning assignments within underserved communities while giving back to the neighborhoods in which its projects are located. As a certified MBE/DBE/SBE, DIG also has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to supporting the advancement of creativity, vision and passion rooted in its own diversity and inclusion.

Ranked as the largest majority Black-owned architectural, interior and graphic design firm in New Jersey, the Myers-Venezia-Alderiso team are the driving force behind DIG’s extensive portfolio expansion within its markets of focus. These include education, senior living, healthcare and civic/community spaces.
